Volunteer Trapper
Love rescuing animals? Our trappers are our direct source for almost all of our intakes! Trapping is the quickest way you can make an immediate difference in your community. Sterilized colonies fight less, are healthier, and don’t reproduce.
Adults that are not adoptable are TNR’d (trap-neuter-released). They receive vaccines and medical care by a vet before they are released back home. WE WILL NEVER RELOCATE AN ANIMAL.
How does it work? Our trappers are assigned colonies close to their homes based on requests for help completed on our website. We do not leave colonies until they are 100% sterilized and provide continued follow up support including food pantry donation, medical care, and more.

The Transport Coordinator will also work to build and maintain partnerships with new and existing intake partners through marketing and brand promotion.
Training provided. Great for animal lovers who want to make a big impact without direct interactions with animals due to disability, etc. Community service hours available! Email us at info@happy-whiskers.org for more information on any of our volunteer positions
