Happy Whiskers Animal Coalition offers Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) services to humanely manage and reduce stray and feral cat populations in Broward County. TNR is a proven, effective approach: cats are safely trapped, spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and then returned to their original location—stopping the cycle of reproduction and improving their quality of life.
